• Political campaigning: Our service is not intended for political campaigns or political advertising

Response Timeline

We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate all reports promptly:

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 1 business day
• Investigation: Most investigations are completed within 3-5 business days
• Critical issues: Urgent matters (illegal content, child safety, immediate threats) are prioritized and addressed within hours
• Updates: We will provide updates on the status of your report when appropriate

We reserve the right to take appropriate action when this policy is violated.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

• Warning: Issue a formal warning for first-time minor violations
• Content removal: Remove violating content from status pages
• Feature restrictions: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to certain features
• Account suspension: Temporarily suspend your account pending investigation
• Account termination: Permanently terminate your account for serious or repeated violations
• Legal action: Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
• Legal remedies: Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by policy violations

Immediate Termination Offenses

The following violations may result in immediate account termination without warning:

• Child exploitation or child sexual abuse material
• Credible threats of violence or terrorism
• Human trafficking or illegal trade
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior or large-scale fraud
• Malware distribution or hacking attempts
• Repeated violations after previous warnings

Appeals Process

If your account has been suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting hey@statuspage.me with:

• Your account email address
• Explanation of the circumstances
• Any evidence supporting your appeal
• Steps you've taken to prevent future violations

We will review appeals within 5 business days. Note that appeals for immediate termination offenses (especially illegal content) are rarely successful.
